The people of THHOR

Builders, testers and mission owners

We are a hands-on crew of students designing, integrating and some day operating CubeSat hardware from Hamburg. Every subsystem, procedure, and lesson learned brings us closer to orbit.

Our Teams

How we organize the mission

Each team owns a critical slice of the spacecraft lifecycle. Roles can grow and rotate as the project evolves.

Team

Avionics & Software Team (AST)

Power, data handling, and the code that keeps the satellite talking to Earth—hardware and firmware tested in the loop.

Team

Assembly, Integration & Verification Team (AIVT)

Subsystem integration, payload prototyping, and making sure every component survives the path to orbit.

Team

Mission Operations Team (MOT)

Mission control simulations, ground station coordination, and procedures for launch and on-orbit life.

Team

External Relations Team (XRT)

Funding, communications, and the collaborations that keep the Hamburg student space network growing.

Build with THHOR

We welcome students across disciplines who are ready to ship hardware and software to space. In addition to that we are also looking for people eager to run our outreach campaign, communicate with Partners or do other "non-technical" stuff.
